When will my order ship and how much will it cost?

Our shipping is fast! U.S. orders over $50 ship free, and shipping for U.S. orders under $50 starts at just $3.99. Our international shipping rates are great, too! See our complete shipping policy and rates.

Which payment methods does Lima Beads accept?

We're proud to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal via our secure checkout process. Simply choose your preferred payment method at checkout. At this time, we're not able to accept checks or money orders.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

Absolutely! We have a 30 day, 100% refund return policy. Read the full return policy or request a return now.

Where are you located?

Lima Beads is located in the college town of Ann Arbor, MI USA. Go Blue! You can read more about our little company on the About Us page.

Do you have a showroom or retail location?

Unfortunately, no. We're considering opening a showroom someday so we can meet more of our customers in person, but we're just not ready for that yet :) We know it can be difficult to buy beads without being able to see them in person. If you have questions regarding our products, please contact our team. We'll be happy to work with you to select items you'll love! If you're not happy with any item, you can always return it within 30 days for a 100% refund.

Can you tell me when an item will be restocked?

This can be a tough one to answer. Every two weeks, we receive shipments from manufacturers including: Vintaj, Nunn Design, TOHO seed beads, Beadalon, Soft Flex, and others. If you're looking for this type of brand name product, we'll most likely have it back in stock within two weeks. If you're looking for something more like gemstone beads, pearls, designer Czech glass, tagua nuts, or recycled glass, it can take longer because those shipments arrive less frequently. We try not to be out of any item for more than 30 days, if at all possible.
