I have a problem deciding which pieces to use. This necklace combination is another example of that. I love how it reminds me of a handful of lost sea objects. The mix of blues and natural tones adds to this vibe. These 2 necklaces can be made to wear together or separate.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Tassel Necklace - string together your collection of shell treasures and tie to the tassel. Knot your 12 ply waxed linen to the African trade beads necklace (I recommend you restring these beads). Then creatively string the African tumbled donuts in a stack and knot to the tassel loop.

Step 2

Kyanite & Donut Necklace - attach the tumbled donut to the 12 ply cord using a lark's head knot. Then string on a series of kyanite nuggets/pebbles, adding a tiny Nassa shell every so often. I did this for 6"" on each side. Then for a little something more, I knotted the cord every 6-10mm and finished with a fish hook/eye clasp.
