This delicate layered necklace is made with a mix of silver chains and pops of color made by adding bead links & charms.
Supplies you’ll need:
- 5" piece of silver finish bead chain
- 7" piece of silver finish disc chain
- Silver cable chain
- headpins
- 26 gauge silver wire
- Jump rings
- Lobster Clasp
- 3mm Magnesite faceted round beads
- 3mm silver fire polished round beads
- 3mm turquoise fire polished round beads
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1
Using the headpins, make 5 bead charms. Each bead charm should have a magnesite bead, a silver bead, and a turquoise bead. Attach the bead charms (evenly spaced out) to the silver bead chain w/ jump rings.
Step 2
With the wire, make 4 bead links. each bead link should have a magnesite bead, a silver bead, 2 turquoise beads, another silver bead, and another magnesite bead. Using a jump ring, attach a bead link to both ends of the silver bead chain.
Step 3
On each bead link, attach a 2" piece of silver cable chain. On the 2nd to last chain link (on both sides), attach the disc chain w/ a jump ring. On the end link of the cable chain, attach the other two bead links w/ jump rings.
Step 4
Attach a 4" piece of the cable chain to each bead link & finish with a lobster clasp & jump ring.
