I used this Indonesian Fossil Jasper along with a gold arc focal and some crystal bead chain to create a simple layered necklace.

Supplies you’ll need:

Gold Arc Focal
Indonesian Fossil Jasper 6mm
Crystal Bead Chain
Gold Spacers
C-Lon bead cord
Gold Crimp Tubes
Gold Chain
Lobster clasp (2)
Gold Jump Rings
Gold 22 gauge wire
Epoxy (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Wrap a piece of wire about 10 times around the top of the arc focal, form a loop at the end of the wire with round nose pliers, and gently push the end of the wire into the hole at the end of the focal. If you'd like, you can apply a bit of epoxy to the wire. Attach a jump ring & a 4" piece of bead chain (or whichever length you choose) to each end of the focal. finish with a lobster clasp & jump ring.

Step 2

Slide 35 jasper beads onto the c-lon cord, with a gold spacer every 5 beads. Attach each end to a 5.5" piece of gold chain with a crimp bead. Finish with a lobster clasp & jump ring.
