I really liked the combination of recycled glass and wood. I used crystal recycled glass because that's what I had at home, but you could use your favorite color. These are earrings perfect for everyday wear.

Supplies you’ll need:

You will need 2 recycled glass nugget beads, 2 open teardrop walnut wood focals, a pair of ear wire, 6mm jump rings and 21-24 gauge wire.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step

Step 1

Cut (2) 3" pieces of wire. Feed the wire through one of the recycled glass beads.

Step

Step 2

Create a loop on one end and wrap the excess wire around the loop.

See Tip: Wire Wrap a Bead Link

Step

Step 3

Do Step 2 on the other end of the bead.

Step

Step 4

Attach the jump ring onto your wood teardrop, then attach the recycled glass bead link.

Step

Step 5

Finished, repeat steps 1-4 to create the other earring.
