I whipped up a couple examples to show how versatile these lighweight acetate focals can be. I added a pearls to the teardrops and then went fringe crazy with the stick drops. These are simple and easy to wear earrings. Keep one pair for you and give on to a friend.

Supplies you’ll need:

You will need 2 Abalone Acetate Teardrops and 14 Stick Drops, a pair of ear wires, a pair of hoops, freshwater pearls, 6/0 seed beads, head pins, and 16 gold round beads.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

For the teardrop earrings slide the pearls and seed bead on in the order shown onto the head pin. Loop the head pin through the teardrop hole. Wrap the excess wire around and pull tight with your pliers. Trim any excess wire off. Now you can attach the teardrop to your ear wire.

Step 2

For the hoop earrings use your pliers to carefully bend back the notched part of the hoop so you can slide your beads on. Slide the beads on n the order shown, bend the notch back into place.
