I wanted to use colors that depict a winter's night. The dark night sky porcelain and some silver shimmering beads symbolize shining stars, and the pearly white for snow.

Supplies you’ll need:

You will need turquoise 1.5mm leather cord, 6 large hole pearls, silver filigree rounds 8 & 10mm, 8 porcelain beads, and a button.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

I cut about 3.5 feet of cord. Fold the cord in half. Create a loop by tying a knot at the folded end. Make sure it will fit snuggly around your button.

Step 2

Take one cord tail through the top of the bead hole and the other tail through the bottom up. Pull tight. Keep doing this for all the beads. The pearl holes can be a bit snug, cut your cord at an angle to help you get it through the pearl holes.
