This design is full of textures and turquoise with warm pops of coral and brecciated jasper.

Supplies you’ll need:

Hubei turquoise nugget
1 Nepalese coral rainbow round
2 Nepalese dots round
Chinese knotting cord, C-lon, or Linhasita
1/2 strand of brecciated jasper heishi
toggle clasp
crimp tube
crimp cover -8/0 seed beads
scissors
lighter

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Cut 3' of cord. Bring both cord ends down through the coral rainbow bead. Bring the tails back up through. You should have two 2-3" loops at the bottom of the bead. Create a knot at the top and bottom of the bead. Cut the loops at the bottom of the bead.

Step 2

Slide on the beads in the order shown. Create knots in between each bead as shown in the image. I did a double knot but its not necessary.

Step 3

Follow the image to attach the toggle clasp. Do this on both sides. Lightly burn the knots to seal the cord, unless you are using C-lon.

Step 4

Use pliers to close the crimp cover. Use extra beads to embellish the cord tails at the bottom of the coral bead. Knot and trim the ends. Burn the knots to seal them.
