Supplies you’ll need:

10 Unicorne donuts
1 Czech glass button (68201)
Tawny Linhasita cord 1mm

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Cut 3' of cord. Fold it in half. Create a loop at the top large enough to fit your button and knot. Start by making 6 snake knots. Image 1: Take the right tail under the left and over. Image 2: Take the left tail under the the right tail and itself and up through the loop. Pull tight to make the snake knot form. Repeat these steps for each snake knot. Image 3: Slide both tails in opposite directions through the donut.

Step 2

After you add a donut bead on make 2 snake knots in between each. Keep going until the bracelet is long enough.

Step 3

Create 6 more snake knots to finish. Slide one tail up through one button hole and down through another.

Step 4

Use both tails to tie a couple of overhand knots, or you could do a barrel knot. Trim the excess cord. Use a lighter to burn and seal the waxed cord. I also use a dot of glue on my knots for extra security.
