Mood rings where invented in 1975. I love their retro aesthetic, they are a conversation starter for sure. It's always fun to see how it changes throughout the day.

Supplies you’ll need:

9x6mm rice large hole mood beads
22 gauge silver wire

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Cut about 10" of wire. Use a ring sizer or find a marker that is about your finger size. Feed the wire through the bead then around the sizer or marker and back through the bead hole.

Step 2

Take the left wire and wrap around the bottom of the bead and over the front ring wire on the right side. Take the right wire and wrap it over the top of the bead and around the front of the right wire on the left side and wrap it around the ring wire. Continue rotating sides 3 times.
