Stitchable cuff bracelets are perfect for seed beads. I picked my favorite colors and added a little touch of gold to create a simple pattern. This project is great for beginners.
Cut 2.5' of cord. Cut the tip of the cord at a sharp angle. Feed a couple of inches of cord through the first bracelet hole. Pull the cord tightly to the side of the hole so you can get the cord through a second time. The cord should be wrapped around the bottom of the hole. Use the short tail to create an overhand knot for extra security. Use the tip of your pliers or a needle to help pull the knot tight. See tip below for how to tighten a knot.
See Tip: Chinese Knotting Cord
Trim the short tail off and burn slightly with a lighter to secure the knot.
Feed 5 seed beads onto the cord. Bring the cord down through the bottom hole and on the backside bring over to the next bottom hole on the right. Bring the cord through the back of this hole and out the front, slide 5 more beads on. See the design image for the pattern color arrangement.
To finish do the same process as in Step 1 & 2.
